Christian Yelich won the NL MVP last year, and he’s off to quite an incredible start to defend that crown.
On Thursday, he got his 2019 campaign off to a beautiful start with a three-run homer off Miles Mikolas that gave his Milwaukee Brewers the lead over the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Cardinals had opened up a 3-0 lead in the second inning after Kolten Wong and Harrison Bader hit back-to-back moon-shot homers.
In an instant, that lead vanished, thanks to Yelich.
