Interviews are an absolutely critical aspect of why the NFL Scouting Combine is so important, yet some teams ask some pretty dumb questions and have prospects do some pretty weird things during those interviews.
Kentucky product Lonnie Johnson, a cornerback, shared one of those things with Chase Goodbread of NFL.com. He says the Seattle Seahawks put him in a staring contest lasting “15, 16 seconds” during his formal interview with them.
CB Lonnie Johnson of Kentucky said the #Seahawks put him in a staring contest lasting "15, 16 seconds" during his formal interview with them. Said he won. Couldn't recall the name of who he went against.#NFLCombine

This isn’t the first instance where a staring contest has been part of an official combine interview, in case you were wondering.
