Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat were on the verge of blowing a 24-point first-half lead at home against the Golden State Warriors Wednesday evening.
Down by one with mere seconds left, Miami fouled Kevin Durant to send him to the line. An 89 percent shooter at the charity stripe this season, Durant hit only one of two to put the defending champs up two.
That’s when Wade made magic in his final game against the Warriors.

Talk about an absolute miracle finish for Wade and the Heat in a game that they pretty much dominated from the start.
Needless to say, the basketball world was quick to throw its praise in Wade’s direction.
That included the Warriors themselves.

Tonight is the first time Dwyane Wade has ever made a game-winning buzzer-beater with his team trailing.
The @MiamiHEAT star was 0-for-14 in those situations before tonight. #HeatCulture

Wow! Just watched LIVE ad @DwyaneWade hits a miracle, one-legged off-balance 3-pt at the buzzer to be the @warriors. Then pays tribute to @kobebryant. Hit a 3 before that, plus finished w/ 25pts on 10-of-16 FG.#SpecialMomentForSpecialDude
