Georgetown freshman guard Mac McClung drilled the shot of his life at the end of regulation Saturday as his Hoyas battled Providence.
Receiving the in-bounds pass near midcourt, McClung dribbled past a defender, took a couple of steps and fired from way behind the arc.
As the buzzer sounded, the ball went right into the hoop, sending the game into overtime.

Here’s another angle of the brilliant shot.

It doesn’t get much more clutch than that. Fans watching from home went wild as he pushed the game into overtime in dramatic fashion.
As of my crush on Mac McClung couldn’t get any bigger, he just got a buzzer beater to send this game into OT. #HoyaSaxa

Even better, this shot sparked a huge double-overtime win for the Hoyas.
