As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers move forward into 2019 with Jameis Winston as their starting quarterback, the organization reportedly has interest in one offensive-minded coach to turn around this team.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Buccaneers have real interest in Bruce Arians to take over the reins of their team and the interest is mutual. Arians could even meet with the team soon.

Arians previously expressed some interest in Tampa Bay’s coaching job toward the end of 2018 for the chance to work with general manager Jason Licht.
The 66-year-old Arians retired following the 2017 season after a five-year stint with the Arizona Cardinals. He has also expressed interest in interviewing with the Cleveland Browns and his offense could be very exciting with a young, talented quarterback.
