As expected, Ohio State redshirt sophomore quarterback Dwayne Haskins has declared for the 2019 NFL Draft. He made his announcement on Twitter Monday afternoon.

The quarterback had a record-breaking season at Ohio State. Finishing in third this past December behind Tua Tagovailoa and winner Kyler Murray, the Heisman candidate threw for 4,831 yards with 50 touchdowns.
He’ll likely be the first quarterback taken atop Round 1 when the draft kicks off, with one team in particular holding a trump card for quarterback-needy teams in a trade-up scenario.
