The Minnesota Vikings’ first half performance Sunday against the Chicago Bears left a lot to be desired. In need of a win to earn a spot in the playoffs, Minnesota fell down 13-3 at the half.
The first two quarters were extremely frustrating for Minnesota’s offense. It gained a total of 49 yards with Kirk Cousins completing 9-of-14 passes for 44 yards.
Frustration seemed to boil over as the game headed to halftime. Here, we see Cousins get into it with Pro Bowl wide receiver Adam Thielen on the sideline.

We’re not 100 percent sure what was going on here. But it’s pretty evident that Cousins and Thielen were not on the same page.
Here’s another angle of the spat.

Minnesota paid Cousins $84 million in guaranteed cash in hopes that he’d take the team to Super Bowl contention. The Vikings are now 30 minutes from being eliminated from playoff contention.
He’s not the only frustrated individual in Minnesota. That’s for sure.
