The Florida Gators are pulling away from Michigan in the Peach Bowl, and big plays are the name of the game as the second half gets underway.
It all started with a gorgeous interception by Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, who committed highway robbery near the goal line picking off Shea Patterson.

Gardner-Johnson’s return went 53 yards, setting the offense up in great position.
From there, the Gators found themselves in a 4th-and-1 situation from the Michigan 35-yard line. Rather than settle for a long field goal, head coach Dan Mullen boldly went for it, and he called a beautiful play to pull it off.

A couple of plays later, Feleipe Franks found Lamical Perine on a too-easy five-yard touchdown pass to put the Gators up 20-10.

Michigan’s plodding offense needs to find a way to make some big plays, soon, or this game is going to get out of hand.
