Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was already having a great season. In Week 17’s game against the Oakland Raiders, it became historic.
Kelce went over 1,327 receiving yards on the season. In doing so, he broke Rob Gronkowski’s single-season record for receiving yards for tight ends, which was set in 2011. In the process, he also broke the franchise record for receptions in a season.

That’s an absolutely tremendous season from Kelce.
His Chiefs are routing the Oakland Raiders, locking up the No. 1 seed in the AFC in the process.
Setting the record is just icing on the top of what was already a very delicious cake.
