According to comments made by Baltimore Ravens head John Harbaugh, it would certainly appear that rookie Lamar Jackson will start his third consecutive game on Sunday.
It sure sounds like Lamar Jackson is starting in Atlanta. "This will be his first road game," John Harbaugh said. "I look forward to seeing it. But I don’t have any concerns. I’m not worried about the way he’s going to handle it at all. I’m excited to see how he handles it."

However, should the rookie falter, quarterback Joe Flacco will be an “option” when the Ravens head to Atlanta to face the Falcons for their Week 13 clash.
John Harbaugh said Joe Flacco (hip) is an “option” for Sunday’s game in Atlanta. Harbaugh said the biggest part is Flacco had no setbacks. Flacco still limited past two days in practice.

Jackson is the hot hand right right now after helping the Ravens produce two wins under his watch in Weeks 11 and 12. He helped snap a three-game losing streak and has since helped the Ravens improve to a second-place 6-5 record in a tight race in the AFC North.
Jackson has been exciting to watch under center especially when he has taken to run the ball downfield himself. Over two games, he has recorded a total of 518 yards and has scored two touchdowns.
With Flacco making his way back to full health, it will certainly be interesting to monitor the Ravens’ quarterback situation during the home stretch of the season.
