A back-and-forth game between the LSU Tigers and Texas A&M Aggies provided the ultimate theatrics. Moments after LSU thought it won and celebrated by giving head coach Ed Oregon a Gatorade bath, the Aggies responded with a game-tying touchdown on the final play.
LSU thought it ended the game on an interception by Aggies quarterback Kellen Mond and it celebrated by immediately pouring Gatorade bath to Oregon. The Tigers were then left shocked and Oregon sopping wet when replay ruled Mond down before he threw it.

Mond would then make a huge conversion with a 20-yard pass on fourth down and 18 yards to go. Texas A&M then moved inside to LSU’s 19-yard line when it stunned everyone with one second left.
Mond hit wide receiver Quartney Davis in the end zone on the final play for a game-tying touchdown. Texas A&M drilled the field goal to tie it and send it to overtime, opening the door for a chance to upset the Tigers.

A comeback against the No. 7-ranked Tigers is one thing, it’s another to do it right after their head coach received a Gatorade shower and everyone thought the game was over.
