Sparty Special: MSU ties Michigan on trick-play TD pass to Brian Lewerke

The Michigan State Spartans finally got on the board against Michigan Saturday, and it took a trick-play touchdown pass to quarterback Brian Lewerke to make it happen.

This play is eerily similar to the one the Philadelphia Eagles made famous in Super Bowl LII.

The Spartans were in the red zone thanks to a lost fumble by Michiganā€™s Chris Evans.

They quickly turned it around by scoring their first touchdown of the game, tying it up at 7-7 early in the third quarter.
