Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman was absolutely robbed of a likely game-winning hit in Game 4 of the ALCS by Boston Red Sox left fielder Andrew Benintendi. One day later, neither man had forgotten.
The two were on the field prior to Thursday’s Game 5 and engaged in a pretty solid staredown.

As far as pregame staredowns go, this is a pretty good one. We don’t get this kind of thing in baseball too often. You can definitely see a lot of respect there. But it had a purpose, as well.
Obviously, Benintendi was enjoying this one a little more than Bregman.
