The Chicago Bears traded for star pass rusher Khalil Mack on Saturday, and then shortly afterward they made him the new highest-paid defender in NFL history.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Chicago has signed him to a six-year, $141 million extension that includes $90 million guaranteed and $60 million at signing.
Khalil Mack and the Bears just reached agreeement on a record-setting 6-year, $141 million extension ($23.5M per year avg) that includes $90M guaranteed and $60M at signing, source tells ESPN.
