The Los Angeles Chargers don’t have much support from people who actually live in Los Angeles.
This isn’t exactly a breaking-news type development — we’ve known it to be true ever since the team spurned its San Diego fan base in favor of a shiny new stadium.
It’s also been illustrated quite well by the fact that opposing teams have had more fans in the stands at StubHub Center than the Chargers on multiple occasions.
Now here’s even more compelling evidence that folks in Los Angeles really don’t care about the Chargers.
LA NFL television rankings.. Week 1.
1. #Packers–#Bears
2. #49ers–#Vikings
3. #Cowboys–#Panthers

The Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers game is understandably atop the list. After all, it’s not every week you get to see one of the game’s greatest pulling off a legendary comeback for the ages.
But it’s pretty crazy that more people in Los Angeles watched the San Francisco 49ers lose to the Minnesota Vikings, and the Dallas Cowboys get thumped by the Carolina Panthers than they did their own “home” team.
