The hamstring injury that caused Leonard Fournette to exit the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Week 1 contest against the New York Giants could keep him out of Sunday’s game as well.
Fournette once again was not at practice Friday as he recovers from this injury, and officially he’ll be listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots.
Marrone says Leonard Fournette did not practice and is questionable for Sunday. Sounds like a game time decision. #patriots #jaguars

When healthy, Fournette has been extremely effective since joining the Jags as a first-round draft pick last year. In 14 games, the former Tigers star has tallied 1,397 yards and 10 touchdowns total, with most of that damage coming on the ground.
Unfortunately, he’s been injury prone dating back to his days at LSU. Last year he missed three games due to lower-body injuries.
And while he’s going to certainly try to give it a go against the Patriots this Sunday, it’s not encouraging that he’s once again dealing with a lower-body injury.
