The Oakland Raiders, sans Khalil Mack, absolutely fell apart in the second half Monday night in a blowout loss at home to the Los Angeles Rams.
So, just how much did the Raiders miss their former star pass rusher?
This crazy stat will give you a clue.
Raiders recorded an NFL-low five QB pressures in Week 1 vs. Rams. They achieved five or fewer presssures just once in Khalil Mack’s 64 career games with club, per @PFF_AustinGayle.

In addition to the paltry five pressures achieved by Oakland’s defense, the only sack of the night came early when Bruce Irvin forced a fumble of Jared Goff. Aside from that, the third-year quarterback was hit just once more.
Meanwhile, Mack, in his first action all summer long playing limited snaps for the Chicago Bears on Sunday night, was an absolute nightmare — Defensive Player of the Year type stuff.
It’s no wonder so many Raiders fans are upset with Jon Gruden.
