Last year, Andy Dalton threw a touchdown pass against the Baltimore Ravens that simultaneously eliminated the Ravens from playoff contention and sent the Buffalo Bills to their first postseason since 1999.
Bills fans were so grateful that they ended up flooding his charitable foundation with donations.
Now Dalton is paying it forward by making a big contribution of his own to the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo. Additionally, Dalton and his wife JJ are flying in the first Bills fan to donate, Kevin Forest, all the way from Nebraska.
How cool is this: Andy Dalton and his wife JJ are going BACK to Buffalo Sunday to give back to the Bills fans who supported their foundation after helping end their playoff drought – many in $17 increments. pic.twitter.com/c0MtwCsKGT

Dalton said that the over $400,000 in donations raised by Bills fan helped his Pass It On Fund to more than double in size.
“So for us, we feel like it’s our responsibility to pass it on and give back to Buffalo,” Dalton said.
It’s pretty amazing how one simple act of kindness can make such a huge, lasting difference in the long run.
