Richie Incognito is now completely untethered after being released by the Buffalo Bills on Monday, and based on a report that may not be such a good thing.

TMZ Sports is reporting that Incognito got into an altercation with another man at a Florida gym, and that during that altercation he threw a dumbbell at the person he was arguing with.

“The alleged victim says Incognito was rambling about the government and screaming at the man to ‘get off my f****** playground.'”

Incognito first allegedly threw a tennis ball at the alleged victim before throwing the dumbbell. According to the report, police arrived and took Incognito away, but nobody could confirm if he was arrested or not.

Incognito’s release in Buffalo followed some strange events. He initially told the Bills he was retiring due to health concerns, but then he strangely retracted that statement and said he was ready to show up for work.

The Bills were not pleased by any of that, and the team’s general manager said that the NFL would have to reinstate Incognito before they’d consider allowing him to continue pursuing his career with them. Obviously that did not happen, and now he’s a free agent. Though, after this latest development, it remains to be seen if teams will be interested in bringing the veteran lineman on board.
