Sunday was certainly not funday for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, who got smoked by 25 points in Boston by the red-hot Celtics, 108-83. The first half was utterly one-sided destruction by Boston, and James for once couldn’t come up with an answer in the second half, either.
The Celtics take Game 1 against the Cavs 108-83. Cleveland's 25-point loss is the 2nd-largest Game 1 loss by a LeBron James team in his playoff career (27-point loss in the 2006 East Semis).

King James finished the game with just 15 points on 6-of-15 shooting, and the Cavs were actually better without him on the court than they were with him (-32 plus/minus).
Not surprisingly, the meme generators out there wasted no time going to town on James and the Cavs.

What if I told you LeBron James would have 45-6-4 and lose game 7 to Boston, take off his jersey and leave the cavaliers…again…in 2018 pic.twitter.com/qA9U7msUOe
