In 2017, Sergio Garcia eagled the par-five 15th hole in the final round, helping spark him to his first major victory. The same hole essentially ended his repeat chances.
Garcia, who was two-over coming into the 15th hole, channeled his inner Roy McAvoy and put five balls in the water.

As commentator Andy North so astutely pointed out, pros generally carry only six balls in a given round. So, it’s a good thing that Garcia finally put one in play.
He ultimately finished with a 13, all but playing himself out of contention.
