After spending just one year in Baltimore, Jeremy Maclin will reportedly be released by the Ravens. He seemed to indicate something was amiss on his Twitter page on Wednesday.

Shortly afterward, Ian Rapoport of NFL Media noted the Ravens would be releasing Maclin.
The #Ravens, who have added WR help, are expected to release Jeremy Maclin, source said. The 29-year old will become a free agent. https://t.co/VVZNFdAEsx

Maclin was due to earn a $1 million roster bonus on Friday, so the Ravens are saving a bit of cash with the timing of this move.
Last year, after being released by the Kansas City Chiefs and signed by Baltimore, Maclin caught just 40 passes for 440 yards and three touchdowns. The past two seasons he’s fallen off big time in terms of production, ever since suffering a knee injury in 2016.
