Report: Ndamukong Suh likely to sign with Titans or Rams

One day after cancelling his visit with the Oakland Raiders, free agent defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is reportedly going to decide between to two teams — the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams.

We already know the Rams feel very good about their chances of landing Suh, but according to Mike Jurecki of ArizonaSports.com the Titans are “also putting together a package.” He also notes that the Rams would likely have to release Tavon Austin to have the money available to sign Suh.

This report indicates the New Orleans Saints are out of the running for Suh’s services.

In his eight seasons as a professional, Suh has been a First-team All-Pro three times and a Second-team All-Pro twice. He was the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 and has put together five Pro Bowl seasons, racking up 51.5 sacks from his defensive tackle spot.

Long known as one of the NFL’s dirtiest players, Suh is one of those guys you hate if he’s not on your team. But if he’s in the trenches on your side of the battle, he’s a valuable asset. Where he lands will definitely have an impact on the NFL’s power structure, especially given the two teams he’s reportedly deciding on right now.
