Free agent quarterback Johnny Manziel threw at the University of San Diego’s pro day today and reportedly impressed the NFL team scouts there in attendance.

Manziel had only two misses in 38 attempts with some pesky rain falling, which really is impressive. As it stands, Manziel is slated to play in the upcoming Spring League unless for some reason an NFL team makes him an offer.
Manziel seems to be long past his troublesome two seasons spent playing with the Cleveland Browns in 2014-15. He is doing all the right things to keep his life in order and most recently became a married man.
He remains committed to playing football in whatever capacity he can. Manziel shared this message to his Twitter showing appreciation for the opportunity to participate in today’s pro day.
Much love to @USDFootball for letting me come out today. Also big thanks to @justinpriest8 and @RossDwelley for asking me to come throw. Far from perfect but enjoyed it fellas keep pushin #ComebackSZN @georgewhitfield

It will be interesting to see if any of the 12 teams that observed Manziel today (including the Denver Broncos) reach out to him.
