San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster has been arrested for the second time in a month. The first time he was arrested on drug charges, and now he’s been arrested on charges of domestic violence, per Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle.
Foster is currently being released after posting $75,000 bail at the Santa Clara County Jail, per Jennifer Lee Chan.

The Los Gatos Police Department made the arrest and has not yet returned calls to address it, per the report.
The former Alabama product has a history of off-field concerns. He failed multiple drug tests at college and tested positive for dilute sample at the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine before being kicked out for a fight with a hospital worker.
49ers general manger John Lynch now has a huge decision ahead of him. He previously came out with a very strong statement saying Foster needs to stay clean. The 49ers don’t want another Aldon Smith situation on their hands, and it’s going to be very interesting to see what they do in response to this latest issue.
