This takes an already disturbing situation to another level. Foster was also arrested last month on marijuana charges, and he has a history of bad behavior that caused some NFL teams to take him off their draft boards completely last year.
General manager John Lynch said after his January arrest that Foster needed to stay clean. This is quite the opposite. The 49ers have a huge decision to make regarding this young defensive star, who was phenomenal on the field as a rookie in 2017.
