This has long been expected. On Saturday, reports noted that the Yankees had indeed picked up Stanton from the Marlins for Starlin Castro and two prospects.

The inevitability of the deal came to fruition later Saturday afternoon when reigning AL Rookie of the Year Aaron Judge welcomed Stanton to New York with this tweet.
The two will now form one of the most-potent power duos in the history of Major League Baseball, having combined for 111 homers last season.
