Almost immediately after Wentz headed to the locker room, the Eagles ruled him out for the remainder of the game.

That’s most definitely not a good sign.
Earlier in the third quarter, Wentz threw his fourth touchdown pass of the game. It set a new franchise record for most touchdown passes in a single season.
Philadelphia entered Sunday’s game with a 10-2 mark and with a chance to clinch the NFC East. While that’s still a possibility, the focus here has to be on Wentz’s injury.
We’ll have further updates as soon as they become available.
Update: Fox sideline reporter Erin Andrews noted that Eagles trainers could be seen shaking their heads after examining Wentz.
