Brett Hundley wasn’t getting a lot going through the air early in his first NFL start against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. The young quarterback completed 3-of-6 passes for 35 yards in his first 25-plus minutes of action.
Though, the UCLA product did do his best Aaron Rodgers impersonation with this 14-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to put Green Bay up 14-7.

We absolutely love how Hundley recognized the pressure, kept his head down field and still found a way to beat Saints defenders to the end zone for the score.
Success through the air will likely come here soon. But it’s readily apparent that Hundley is already comfortable in the pocket. That’s a big deal for a Packers squad that promises to be without Rodgers for the remainder of the season.
