Giants head coach throws shade at Cowboys defense

The New York Giants will be looking to pull out all the stops when they head to Dallas to take on the Cowboys in Week 1. While head coach Ben McAdoo would surely love to be a fly on the wall while the Cowboys plan their defense, he also threw some shade.

Surely, the Cowboys are calculating ways to neutralize wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Sunday night. It is worth noting that Beckham is still limited and not practicing. The worst-case for McAdoo is OBJ has to sit out on Sunday. This potential situation comes on the heels of the NFL announcing that running back Ezekiel Elliott will play in Week 1.

The Giants won’t catch the break they thought they would have here. So, of course, McAdoo is out there doing a little trash-talking about the Cowboys secondary.

The Giants were one of only two teams to defeat (twice) the Cowboys in 2016.
