This news comes just a day after the Vikings released video of Bridgewater practicing during OTAs, looking even stronger than a previous video that showed him dropping back to pass.
The talented quarterback suffered a gruesome knee injury before the 2016 campaign that was so bad it wasn’t known if he’d be able to ever play again. But recent developments have the Vikings more optimistic than ever that Bridgewater will be able to come back at some point.
Until he’s ready, the team still has Sam Bradford signed through the 2017 season.
