Currently serving a suspension for violating the NFL substance abuse policy, it doesn’t look like Dallas Cowboys defensive end Randy Gregory will be returning to the field any time soon.

Gregory has reportedly failed yet another drug test, his seventh since entering the league as a second-round pick back in 2015.

According to TMZ Sports, Gregory also blew off attempts by the NFL to contact him in association with the league’s new drug policy. At this point, people around Gregory are concerned about his health and are not sure if he will ever return to football.

Gregory was considered a top-10 prospect heading into the 2015 NFL Draft. But a failed test at that year’s combine pushed him to the second round, where the Cowboys nabbed the talented pass rusher. It’s looking like this surely was a throw away pick for Dallas.
