New information shows just how much Las Vegas wants Raiders

At this point, the Oakland Raiders moving to Las Vegas appears to be a done deal, perhaps thanks in large part to some new information that has emerged.

Daniel Kaplan of SportsBusiness Journal has the inside scoop on the information included in the resolution NFL owners will be voting on Monday.

The extra $200 million is reportedly going to be available to improve infrastructure around the stadium, which is a huge deal.

It’s been reported that the vote is going to be heavily tilted in the Raiders’ favor. Furthermore, a letter penned by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell Saturday pretty much put the final nail in Oakland’s coffin as far as the city keeping the team in the Bay Area (more on that here).

Despite some concerns about an NFL team being housed in one of the gambling capitals of the United States, it appears there really are no obstacles left in the way for Mark Davis to move his club to Vegas. This is going to happen, people.
