Regardless of the outcome of Sunday’s NFC Championship Game, the San Francisco 49ers have a second interview lined up with Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan for their head coaching vacancy.

This is certainly not surprising.
Previous reports (which you can read here) have indicated that Shanahan is a almost certain to accept the job.
If Atlanta wins the NFC Championship Game, San Francisco will have to wait until after the Super Bowl to officially hire Shanahan. Should the Green Bay Packers defeat the Falcons, then the 49ers could hire him immediately.
Barring any unforeseen firings or shocking retirements, San Francisco will be the last team to fill its head coaching vacancy. The 49ers have also yet to hire a general manager, a hire the new head coach will reportedly be involved in.
