The NFL continues to take the fun out of celebrating success. Terrelle Pryor was the latest victim, as he was fined $9,115 for his LeBron James chalk toss celebration after a touchdown last week.
Mary Kay Cabot reported this news, noting Pryor will appeal the fine.
Really, the fine is ridiculous. Pryor didn’t do anything offensive, nor was his celebration of a sexual nature, such as we’ve seen with Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers in recent weeks (watch here).
Instead, all Pryor did was give a shout-out to a Cleveland legend.
No Fun League, indeed. We hope Pryor wins his appeal.
