Sam Bradford got off to a hot start in his first game behind center for the Minnesota Vikings.
After throwing a touchdown pass in the second quarter he went straight back to the locker room following what appeared to be a left hand injury.
The outside of his left hand was visibly distorted, and he was grimacing in pain.

This doesn’t necessarily mean he has a broken bone, though it did appear that way on camera.
Broken blood vessel on top of Bradford's hand. Always ugly looking. Sometimes associated w/ broken bone underneath but not always.

Before he left for the locker room, Bradford had completed 13-of-18 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown.
He made his way back to the field of play after a short stay in the locker room.
