Already off to a brutal start to the 2016 season, Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has to leave Sunday night’s game with an knee injury.
He was ruled out of the game.

It was quite the scene watching Peterson exit the field without being able to put any pressure on his right leg.
Vikings trainers immediately started examining his right leg. After being evaluated on the sideline, Peterson was carried into the locker room, clearly in a high degree of pain.

Before his injury, Peterson had gained just 19 yards on 12 carries.
