Peyton Manning was seen warming up early in the third quarter on the Denver Broncos sideline, and shortly afterwards the legendary quarterback entered the game to replace Brock Osweiler.

Osweiler turned the ball over three times, and the San Diego Chargers forced five total turnovers before Manning’s unexpected return to action.
At the time of Manning’s entrance into the game, Denver was down 13-7 with a quarter-and-a-half left to play. The Broncos need a win to stay ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West, who appear to be on their way to their 10th straight win.
A Chiefs win and a Broncos loss would knock Denver down to the No. 5 seed, making the road to Super Bowl 50 much more difficult.
