This comes from absolutely nowhere. According to a report from the Star-Telegram’s Clarence Hill, Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett is seeking a trade to the Atlanta Falcons.
Per multiple sources, Michael Bennett is seeking a trade to Atlanta and a new contract.

What’s happening behind the scenes here is anyone’s guess. Seemingly happy with the two-time defending NFC champions, Bennett is in the midst of a four-year, $28 million contract he signed last March with Seattle.
This past season saw Bennett record 47 tackles and seven sacks in 16 games (all starts).
Whether it’s internally with Seattle or outside of the game of football, Bennett apparently wants out. Considering he reportedly specified the Falcons, there has to be more to this story.
Pure speculation, but it could have something to do with former Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn taking the Falcons head coaching job following the 2014 season.
