WWE SmackDown Preview

- The tension between Damian Priest and Aleister Black has been bubbling over for weeks now. Last week, Priest got a measure of revenge on Black by causing him to lose his United States Championship match against Sami Zayn. Priest then laid him out after the bell for good measure. Those events have led them to finally look to settle things one-on-one in a Last Man Standing match. With the physicality these two bring to the ring, this one is sure to be a hard-hitting affair.
- The Tag Team Division has been under the control of The Wyatt Sicks for months now. Ever since they captured the WWE Tag Team Championship, they’ve been virtually unstoppable. This has not sat well with former champions The Street Profits, who are looking to regain the gold this Friday night. However, The Profits have been having some additional trouble staying on the same page as of late. Can they hold it together this Friday and score a big win over the dominant champs?
- One of the high-profile matches set for Crown Jewel is the champion vs. champion clash between Tiffany Stratton and Stephanie Vaquer. Fans have been buzzing about the bout between the two rising stars and what a showcase that will be. But first, they’ll have to learn to co-exist as they’ll take on the team of Kiana James and Women’s United States Champion Giulia. Can the two rivals score the victory before they square off? Or will things break down ahead of their Crown Jewel showdown?
- Also scheduled, United States Champion Sami Zayn will continue his open challenge series. We can also expect appearances from Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jacob Fatu, and much more!
