Bound for Glory is TNA Wrestling’s version of WrestleMania, Wrestle Kingdom, or even the Super Bowl. The event often includes the culmination of months-long stories and sets up a new status quo on television. However, like those other events, it also sets up new paths forward backstage because certain performers have their contracts end following that major yearly spectacle.
Over the weekend, Fightful reported that “at least a dozen” contracts for TNA talent are expected to expire after Bound for Glory. Some of those wrestlers will stick around. Others will test their value in free agency and take their talents to WWE or AEW. With that in mind, we look at nine TNA Wrestling stars who could soon make the move to the top two companies in professional wrestling.
Moose

Moose has pretty much achieved all you can in TNA. In the era after greats like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe left, Moose rose to become one of the faces for the company for close to a decade. He has not hidden that his dream is to eventually compete for WWE. There is a strong possibility that he will sign with the company and be willing to first compete in NXT, to prove his worth, before a main roster move if he hits free agency this month.
Tessa Blanchard

Tessa Blanchard has worked hard to fix her badly damaged reputation during her second run in the company. However, it would not be surprising if she had a short-term deal that ends after Bound for Glory. There have been rumors in the past that WWE has interest, and she would be a great addition to AEW’s women’s division. If she is available, making a move to either company seems far more likely now than two years ago.
The Iinspiration

The Iinspiration stepped away from wrestling for several years after their WWE release to start families. They returned in 2021 and have become staples of TNA’s women’s division. However, what more can they do besides a breakup? which isn’t likely. They still have a huge amount of WWE fans from their days as the Iiconics. They are among the wrestlers set to be free agents soon. If TNA can’t hold on to them, the timing for a second run in WWE just feels right.
The Rascalz

It would make sense if the Rascalz — Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz — were among those over a dozen talents with contracts expiring. Both would be intriguing fits in either WWE (in NXT) or AEW. With All Elite Wrestling showing more dedication and love for tag team wrestling, if the pair felt combining forces to increase their value in free agency made more sense, AEW would be a good fit.
Indie Hartwell

Indie Hartwell has kept herself busy following her 2024 WWE release in TNA and on the independent scene. If she is freed up from TNA, a return to WWE is unlikely, but she would be a rock-solid addition to the AEW women’s roster if she doesn’t stay in the company after her title match loss at Bound for Glory.
Joe Hendry

All signs point to Joe Hendry making the jump to WWE very soon. The big question is, will it become official after Bound for Glory, or will it be later this year when his contract is rumored to end? Either way, the former TNA Champion is leaving in 2025 and is already being groomed to be a featured part of NXT in 2026.
Masha Slamovich

Masha Slamovich was the face of the TNA women’s division for much of the last couple of years, but after allegations of domestic violence in her life outside the ring, the word is that her time in the company is done. Considering the recent scandal, WWE is likely to stay away. However, AEW is likely to jump at the possibility of signing her after letting the story fade away in the news cycle in a few months.
