A major update makes it look like WWE fans will get Seth Rollins in the match they have been waiting months for at WrestleMania 42.

After suffering a serious shoulder injury in October, Rollins made his grand return to TV last month at Elimination Chamber. And to the surprise of no one, he targeted The Vision and its member, Logan Paul. In the weeks since, he has made making the faction’s life miserable his top priority.

Most assumed that when he was ready to get back into the ring, he would immediately jump into a feud with the group he had formed and that kicked him out following his injury last year. However, the two wrestlers he brought into the faction, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, are currently out with injuries. Leaving Paul or Austin Theory as the only members left.

A match with either of the latter two at WrestleMania 42 doesn’t have much sizzle, but it is the best option WWE has to build the long-term story on. Or maybe not. According to a new report from Wrestle Votes Radio, there is real optimism within WWE that Bron Breakker will be cleared in time for WrestleMania 42.

When rumors emerged late last year that Rollins was in play to perform at the April mega event, the expected plan was a match with Breakker. The man who decided to kick him out of The Vision and take over leadership. However, the rising star suffered a hernia during an episode of Raw early last month.

A recent report suggested Rollins could face Paul at WrestleMania 42. However, on this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, it was revealed that he and Theory will target the Usos tag titles going forward. That was likely the first piece of evidence Breakker was nearing a return since Rollins doesn’t have a dance partner for the event.
