After being off WWE television for weeks following his debut at the Royal Rumble, a big update has emerged on the return of Royce Keys.
Heading into January’s Royal Rumble, the usual surprise entrants were expected for the event. One many diehard wrestling fans were looking forward to was the rumored WWE debut of former AEW star Powerhouse Hobbs.
The AEW alum had been linked to the company for weeks heading up to the card, and the rumors became a reality in January. However, despite making an impact in his first event with his new company, the man now known as Royce Keys hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since. However, that may soon change.
Royce Keys to tag with Jelly Roll at WrestleMania 42?

According to BodySlam+, there have been internal discussions for country music star Jelly Roll to have a tag match at next month’s WrestleMania 42 mega-event. This week’s SmackDown opened the door for that when the singer had a confrontation with the Miz and Kit Wilson. Well, the outlet claims that Keys is under consideration to be Roll’s tag partner in a potential match.
While Royce Keys has not been on WWE TV since the Royal Rumble, the company has been keeping him relevant on their content by showing segments of his recent appearance on What’s Your Story? With Stephanie McMahon. The idea is that Keys and Roll would have a connection based on both having difficult upbringings and pasts.
