WWE Hall of Famer JBL has voiced significant support for Logan Paul, labeling the social media star a future World Champion.

In an exclusive interview with Video Gamer, JBL highlighted Paul’s rapid adaptation to the professional wrestling industry.

“I love Logan Paul. I think he’s fantastic. I think the guy’s a future world champion, and I think he’s just doing an incredible job. I’ve got a lot of respect for Logan. I’ve met him in person a few times. Very nice, respectful guy. I’m a big fan of his.”

Paul has been aligned with The Vision over the last few months and is a key member of the group led by Paul Heyman

JBL also took time to praise the “meteoric” rise of Dominik Mysterio, who has become one of the industry’s most talked-about heels.

Mysterio’s success continued throughout 2025, as he beat John Cena at Survivor Series: WarGames to win back the WWE Intercontinental Title and, at AAA’s TripleMania XXXIII in Mexico, captured the AAA Mega Championship by defeating Hijo del Vikingo and Dragon Lee.

“I love Dom. I think he’s fantastic,” he said. “I have just been blown away by him. He has something you can’t teach. I mean, Dom has so much in his locker, and second-generation wrestlers are just better than wrestlers that come along from nowhere.

“I thought he’d be good, but he’s great. It’s a feeling that God gives some people and doesn’t give to everybody, and he gave it in abundance to Dom. I’m interested to see what he does next.”

Although Mysterio suffered a shoulder injury during a DDT spot from his father, Rey Mysterio, at AAA’s Guerra de Titanes on December 20, recent reports from Dave Meltzer confirm he will avoid surgery and is expected to return in three to four weeks—likely in time for the Royal Rumble.
