What could go wrong? Twitter reacts to Jerry Jones going solo in draft

It’s almost like Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones doubles as the team’s general manager. That’s because, for all intents and purposes, he does.

The embattled owner plans on taking that to a whole new level during the 2020 NFL Draft, starting Thursday. Jones will be drafting solo from his Texas-based home. He’s telling team scouts not to even bother him during the three-day event.

This is a real thing that’s happening in 2020. An owner telling those tasked with overseeing draft preparations to stay away from the draft process itself.

Jones could very well knock the draft out of the park. He could trade for a certain All-Pro defender. Though, the likelihood for disaster is also right in front of him.

Needless to say, the NFL world had its reactions to Thursday’s crazy news.
