Josh Johnson found Adonis Jennings in the end zone Sunday to successfully pull off the first 3-point conversion in XFL history.

The Los Angeles Wildcats, down by 10 points in the fourth quarter, pulled right back into the game when Johnson connected with Nelson Spruce on a 44-yard touchdown catch.

Then, the Wildcats lined up at the 10-yard line for the 3-point conversion when they received a gift in the form of a Dallas Renegades penalty for 12 men on the field. After a penalty was assessed half the distance to the goal, the Wildcats pulled off the 3-point conversion.

The D.C. Defenders attempted the first 3-point conversion in league history Saturday but failed.
