There’s almost nothing more American than daytime baseball at Wrigley Field during the summer. A tradition unlike anything else in the sports world, baseball itself is uniquely tied to the history of this great nation.

As the national anthem was glaring inside The Friendly Confines, a member of the Navy’s Leap Frog team parachuted in with the American flag. It was a stunning visual.

I think we can all agree that this was a stirring moment, one that reminds us baseball is America’s true pastime.
