While the first half could not have gone any worse for the Seattle Seahawks, the second half could hardly be going any better. After getting on the board with their opening possession and forcing a three-and-out, Seattle drove deep into Carolina Panthers territory, capping off the drive with this gem from Russell Wilson to Tyler Lockett.

The Seahawks still trail 31-14 and against a team as good as the 15-1 Panthers, that’s an incredibly tall order. But after trailing 31-0 at halftime, Seattle has done exactly what they needed to do in the first half’s two possessions, scoring touchdowns and more importantly, scoring them quickly.
If nothing else, the game is interesting now.
