Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Tua Tagovailoa rolled up to Heisman Trophy media interviews on Friday — quite literally.
The sophomore quarterback arrived on a medical scooter after he suffered a high-ankle sprain in the SEC Championship

Tagovailoa underwent surgery on Sunday to address the ankle sprain, though he is expected to be healthy when the Crimson Tide face Oklahoma in the Capital One Orange Bowl on Dec. 29.

Alabama’s star sophomore is expected to be in a fight with Sooners quarterback Kyler Murray for the Heisman Trophy, which will be awarded on Saturday. If Tagovailoa wins the award, hopefully, a ramp is set up so he can get to the stage and hoist the trophy. Even if he doesn’t win, at least his scooter is decked out nicely with an Alabama logo.
