Tiger Woods was just one shot back heading into the the final holes Sunday at the 2018 PGA Championship when his driver betrayed him once again.

On the 17th hole, Woods shanked his drive badly toward a hazard off the tee.

Woods did not react well to this development, losing his temper and nearly breaking his club with a brutal slam into the turf.

He also said a couple of naughty words, which is pretty typical of Tiger when he’s ticked off.

Thankfully for Woods, he did not hit the ball into the creek and was able to avoid taking a penalty.

The driver hasn’t been Woods’ friend today, but he still has been magical nevertheless.
